Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: processing times may be longer during holidays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping from Our Partners

Some of our items (such as t-shirts, mugs, and journals) are fulfilled through Printify, and may ship separately if you order multiple items.
Books and eBooks may be fulfilled via Lulu or other publishing partners.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at joy1224@att.net. within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
